1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Orthodate mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wedocore Inc., an Illinois corporation located at 1935 Tanglewood Dr Unit H, Glenview, IL 60025 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use the App under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or share any content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the App to solicit money from or defraud other users.
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or similar tools, to access or interact with the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, the App’s servers, or related systems.
• Create multiple accounts or create a new account after having been banned.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wedocore Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wedocore Inc.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WEDOCORE INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, OR INTENTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEDOCORE INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wedocore Inc. and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
